Das Notstromaggregat – Leistungsinformationen und Berechnungsbeispiele
Das neu erworbene Notstromaggregat kann bereits kurzer Zeitdauer die Freude trüben, weil Geräuschentwicklung oder Leistungsschwäche zu Problemen führen. Wir raten Ihnen vor einem Erwerb die Einsatzanforderungen genau zu überdenken. Die Leistungskategorie bestimmt zum größten Teil den Preis.
Diese Fragen sind wichtig:
- Wo wird der Generator betrieben?
- im Freien, in der Nähe einer Wohnsiedlung
- in geschlossenen Räumen (Benzin-Generator scheidet hier aus!)
- In welcher Weise wird der Stromgenerator betrieben?
- in längerem Dauerbetrieb
- in regelmäßigem Kurzzeitbetrieb
- in Noteinsätzen
- Wie viele Verbraucher werden angeschlossen?
- Wieviel Leistung wird gesamt benötigt?
- Werden empfindliche Geräte angeschlossen (Inverter- Lösung)?
- Werden Verbraucher mit hohem Anlaufstrom angeschlossen?
- Welche Brenn- oder Kraftstoffe stehen zur Auswahl (Benzin, Diesel, Erd-oder Flüssiggas)?
- Welche Schutzklasse wir benötigt, kommt der Generator mit Feuchtigkeit in Verbindung?
- Welche Anzahl an Steckdosen wird benötigt?
- Sind Handhabung und Gewicht ein Thema?
Leistung (P)
Die Leistung (P) ist das Verhältnis der verrichteten Arbeit ∆W oder der aufgewendeten Energie ∆E und der dafür benötigten Zeit ∆t
P = ∆W = ∆E /∆t = ∆t
Leistungsarten der Notstromaggregate:
- Gleichstrom: zugeführte elektrische Energie mit konstantem Verlauf.
- Wechselstrom: zugeführte elektrische Energie mit periodischem (sinusförmigen) Verlauf
Als Wirkleistung P wird die tatsächlich umgesetzte Energie innerhalb eines Zeitraums bezeichnet. Die Wirkleistung ist sowohl für Gleich- und Wechselstrom maßgebend. Die physikalische Einheit wird in Watt (W) angegeben.
Als Scheinleistung S wird die Anschlussleitung bezeichnet, welche bei Wechselstrom auftritt. Die Scheinleistung setzt sich zusammen aus der tatsächlichen Wirkleistung P und einer zusätzlichen Blindleistung Q tot. Sie wird definiert über die Effektivwerte von elektrischer Stromstärke I und elektrischer Spannung U. Die physikalische Einheit wird in Voltampere (VA) angegeben.
Als Blindleistung Q wir die nicht nutzbare Energie bezeichnet, welche beim Generator beim Auf- und Abbau der Magnetfelder zustande kommt. Die physikalische Einheit wird in Voltampere (VAr) angegeben. Die Blindleistung ist bei der Auslegung des Stromgenerators mit zu berücksichtigen.

Berechnungsbeispiel:
Diesel Notstromaggregat – Drehstrom
Einfaches Berechnungsbeispiel für die Ermittlung der gesamten Wirkleistung PG:
- Klimaanlage 4,5 kW
- Elektrischer Heizkörper 3,0 kW
- Waschmaschine 2,5 kW
- Staubsauger 1,5 kW
- Fernsehgerät: 0,3 kW
Gesamtwirkleistung (PG): 11,8 kW
Faktor 0,8 (cos φ) – Umrechnung in Scheinleistung S (kVA)
=> Bei qualitativ schlechteren Stromgeneratoren kann cos φ nur dem Faktor 0,7 entsprechen!
S = PG : cos φ = 11,8 kW : 0,8 = 14,75 kVA
(Scheinleistung S; Wirkleistung gesamt PG; Wirkfaktor φ)
Reserve 20% – Anlaufstrom, Leitungslängen usw.
S + 20% = 14,75 kWA + 2,95 kWA = 17,70 kVA
(Scheinleistung S; Reserve; )
Das Notstromaggregat benötigt eine Leistung von 17,70 kVA
Wenn sich Ihr Notsromaggregat im Grenzbereich der Leistungsversorgung befindet, nehmen Sie erst die Geräte mit einem hohen Anlaufstrom in Betrieb und schliessen dann Sie die Geräte, welche keinen oder nur einen geringeren Anlauftstrom benötigen, an den Generator an!
